- Communication data: Messages you send us via email, chat, or other channels.
- Privacy policy URL: A link to your business's privacy policy, which is required by Meta for lead form advertising.

How We Share Your Information
We share your information in the following circumstances:

- Payment processing: Stripe processes your subscription payments. Their use of your information is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
- AI and technology providers: We use third-party AI services (such as Anthropic's Claude API) to power our chat interface and ad creation tools. Business information you provide may be processed by these services to generate your advertising strategy and content.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Ad Accounts and Ad Spend
Lemr creates and manages advertising accounts on your behalf within our Meta Business Manager. You do not interact with Meta's advertising platform directly. Your subscription includes a managed ad spend component — Lemr handles the allocation and pacing of your advertising budget. When you cancel your subscription, we pause all active campaigns in your ad account.
Lead Data
When your ads generate leads (such as through Meta lead forms), we collect and process that lead data on your behalf and deliver it to you. Lead data may include the name, email address, phone number, and other information submitted by individuals responding to your ads. You are responsible for handling lead data you receive in compliance with applicable laws, including your own privacy policy.
Data Retention
We retain your account and business information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for up to 12 months to allow for account reactivation, after which it is deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
We retain lead data only long enough to deliver it to you and do not use lead data for any purpose other than delivery to the business that generated it.
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate information.
- Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information.
- Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Opt-out: Opt out of certain data processing activities.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@lemr.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
California Residents
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us at hello@lemr.ai.
Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child, we will delete it promptly.
