Data Deletion

If you would like to request deletion of your data from Lemr, you can do so at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

Send an email to support@lemr.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your Lemr account. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will delete:

• Your Lemr account and login credentials.
• Business information you provided during onboarding and campaign setup.
• Campaign data, ad creative, and performance history.
• Any lead data still in our systems that has not yet been delivered to you.
• Conversation history from your onboarding and campaign chats.

What We May Retain

We may retain limited information as required by law or legitimate business purposes, including:

• Transaction and billing records as required for tax and accounting purposes.
• Records necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our Terms of Service.

Any retained information will be kept only as long as legally required and will not be used for any other purpose.

Facebook Data

If you connected your Facebook Page to Lemr, data deletion removes the information stored in our systems. To revoke Lemr's access to your Facebook Page, go to your Facebook Page Settings and remove Lemr as a partner. This can be done independently of a data deletion request.
